Wow. I can’t believe it’s been 10 months since I last blogged. I know I’ve been busy, but I never meant to neglect my accountability site. Granted I have been trying to keep up with Instagram, it’s a lot easier posting an image with a few lines of text than it is to write down all my feelings and progress in a blog/journal.
I’ve never really been good about journaling. That’s one of the reasons that I wanted to start this was as a way to work through all my feelings during this journey. But one thing about digging into feelings is that they can be painful, messy and time-consuming to sort through.
Since my last blog post I’ve made a bunch of progress with the heart issue that was bothering me. I’m still caffeine free (YAY ME!) and I even quit drinking diet coke on January 24, 2017
